JOB SUMMARY:

Our animal care facility is looking for an animal lover to join our kennel management team as a PT Kennel Technician. To qualify for this role, you must have a positive attitude and a genuine love for dogs of all shapes and sizes. In this role, you do more than cleaning and disinfecting our kennels — you also learn animal care and behavior basics while assisting our team with feeding, grooming, and walking tasks. Having previous experience in a pet care environment or kennel management is a plus, but we will provide training to the right candidate.

Hours are 8am to 1pm (5 days a week)

Kennel Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

*Clean and disinfect the kennels according to our Standard Operating Procedures *Provide animals with food and water according to our feeding schedule *Clean public walk areas *Walk and play with the animals *Help with bathing and grooming tasks

Kennel Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

*High school diploma or GED certificate *Experience providing animal care (highly preferred) *Must love dogs *A flexible schedule *Physical ability to work with dogs of various breeds and sizes

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
